Curt Lightle Principal/Financial Adviser:  Curt has been in the insurance and financial services business since 2000. As the Principal, his duties include oversight of the employee benefit division and acquisition and service of private client investment and insurance accounts. He is an investment adviser representative of Eagle Strategies LLC which is a registered investment adviser and a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company, and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. A graduate of the University of Washington and lifelong Puget Sound resident, Curt is married with two children and enjoys backpacking, camping and spending time with his family.

Meredith Winograd Employee Benefits Consultant:  Meredith started in the benefits industry after moving here from New Mexico in 2000.  As an employee benefits consultant, she gained a comprehensive understanding of both the small group and large group benefits market place. Seeking new challenges, in 2012 she began work as an association health plan Program Manager.  This position helped her gain an understanding of underwriting, operations, and the legislative issues that affect organizations of all sizes. In 2014 an opportunity arose to return to the field and once again work with clients, her first love. At Radwick & Lightle, she heads up the employee benefits department, taking on the unique challenges of the employee benefit marketplace and creating value for her clients. Meredith enjoys spending her free time with her son and playing tennis, and of course, baking.

Justin Foltz Account Manager: Justin is our newest “team member” as account manager here at Radwick & Lightle. As a graduate of Trinity Lutheran College in Everett, WA with a BA in Business Management, he has been devoted to our community through local youth outreach and engagement. He is also a husband and proud father of 3 little ones. With several years of experience with insurance, including working for premier fortune 100 and 500 companies, Justin brings a competitive approach and expertise to Radwick & Lightle. His primary goal is to support our client's goals to control the total cost of benefits while providing comprehensive coverage.

Heather O'Herron Benefits Service Manager: Heather has a diverse background in Customer Service and Human Resources. Her primary focus as the Benefits Service Manager is to assist groups and their employees with benefit inquiries, ensuring quick and courteous resolutions.  She is a liaison between insurance companies, trusts, administrative agencies, group administrators, their employees and our third party plan administration provider; helping to facilitate proper and complete utilization of the resources.  Heather enjoys time with her family, cooking and listening to vinyl records.

Kassie Radwick Client Relations Manager: Kassie oversees the administrative side of new business underwriting and private client plan implementation. She provides ongoing service for clients and account information. She processes account changes and updates and manages the annual client review process to ensure client accounts are kept up-to-date. Kassie manages day-to-day office operations. Kassie enjoys doing just about anything that takes place on the water, spending time with her family, friends and her dog Dexter.

Shelly Thiessen Client Relations Specialist: Shelly provides excellent client service support for new and existing clients, processes applications and monitors cases through to completion.  She creates, updates and maintains client files and assists in the day-to-day operations of the office.  Shelly helps clients set up and use their eMoney websites.  In her spare time, Shelly enjoys time wither family, her dog Cooper, her car club, photography and baking and cooking in her kitchen.

Rolly Radwick Retired: Rolly began working in the insurance and financial services business in 1977 when he joined his father's firm. He earned a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) designation in 1982.  Rolly thoroughly enjoyed his career and is now enjoying retirement just as much as of January 1st, 2015.  A lifelong resident of the Puget Sound, Rolly is now fishing, sailing, oyster farming, reading and spending time with his family.
